The Process Validation Manager would be responsible for daily operations within validating new processes, materials or equipment focused towards new product development. This role will be focused around contributing to the process of defining performance and specification of new products. Our client is an expanding biotechnology organisation who are market leaders in immunodiagnostics. Our client provide excellent scope for career progression and development. Key responsibilities: 1. Leading a small team ensuring processes are used effectively and fully validated 2. Evaluation and improvement of existing processes 3. Critically assessing raw materials, generating raw material specification including QC limits for all new components parts 4. To contribute to product feasibility studies, allowing definition of performance and specification of new products You will have: 1. A degree in a relevant subject 2. Experience leading a small team, driving change and improvement in a regulated industry 3. Knowledge of chromatography 4. Experience using FMEAs with complex raw materials Desirable: 1.
