POSITION:TECHNICAL ADVISOR – TIER 2 FULL TIME Warwick Based Salary 18-21k per annum dependant on experience The Company: BaxiHeating provides a comprehensive range of market leading domestic heating solutions via many successful brand names, Baxi, Heatrae Sadia, Potterton to name a few. Our portfolio of heating products and backed by over 150 years of experience. An established UK HVAC service and breakdown support provider to the domestic market. The Role: An exciting vacancy has arisen within the Technical Department based in Warwick for a T2 Technical Advisor. The successful applicant will be dealing with enquiries from all product user groups and should ideally have a background in the domestic heating or gas industry. Experience of fault diagnosis would be an advantage. Qualifications: The job holder would ideally possess a City and Guilds in gas fitting / plumbing, NVQ or equivalent. However, applicants with transferable skills from other technological / engineering / electrical fields would be considered. Those currently with experience working as a Technical Agent may also apply. The Person: Team working is a prime requirement with the objective of achieving the call answer rates necessary to meet customer expectations and the Company’s performance objectives. Applicants should be customer focused and goal orientated. Good interpersonal skills are required with the ability to work under pressure. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential together with basic keyboard competency. All technical staff are required to work within a shift rotation, between the hours of 8am to 6pm, which are Monday to Friday + currently one in five Saturday’s. This is subject to change dependent on business needs and requirements. Full training on the Company’s products will be provided there will be an opportunity to multiskill across all the BDR Thermea and Heatrae Sadia product range.
