The Role
TopCashback are looking for a pro-active and organised Project Support Co Ordinator to support a senior Project manager in our head office. The Projects team is responsible for performance improvements and new feature developments on the website which involves working closely with the technical teams in Bolton.

Person Specification
You will be part of a friendly, close knit and hard working team in a business critical area. To thrive in this role, you would be proactive in prioritising the work load for the Project Manager and yourself. Being involved in a technical area of the business, you would excel in maintaing relationships with the developers in Bolton as well as other colleagues in different departments.

Working in a fast paced environment, this role would suit someone who can juggle tasks in an organised manner.

Key Responsibilities
Co-ordinating urgent and critical system failures to ensure a resolution is found swiftly..
Co-ordinating all change requests from the Operational teams, focussing on iterative progress.
Assessing change requests for feasibility/viability, in conjunction with the technical team and the senior business stakeholders.
Ensuring any requests for change fit with the overall business outlook and are going to bring an added benefit once complete.
Collating relevant information to put together task specifications.
Working with a growing development team, you will support the Senior Project Manager who is currently the focal point for all communication on critical issues and change requests.
Define and manage the backlog of change requests. This requires input and decision making to the development team and the operational teams throughout any development cycles.
Clear communication with multiple internal/external stakeholders will be key to ensure the vision is understood, that the objectives are clear and that the overall goals are met.
Defining test criteria, manually testing functionality and gathering feedback from testing.
Focus is on speed and efficiency, as well as on quality and collaboration.
May also be required to support other projects and workstreams, as and when additional resource is required.

Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Strong communication/interpersonal skills - both written and verbal.
Ability to interact and communicate with multiple teams and senior stakeholders.
Common sense and logical thinking.
Excellent spelling, grammar and copy writing skills.
Confidence with numerical tasks.
Ability to use Microsoft Office software, such as Word and Excel.
The ability to multi-task and prioritise a workload.
Ability to react to change quickly and effectively.
A good understanding of IT and the Web.
A confident personality.
Knowledge of Agile and Lean approaches to managing projects (desirable).
Knowledge of process improvement techniques (desirable).
