You will be working for a very well established, approachable and progressive company based in Tamworth. As the Business Development Executive you will be given exceptional training where you will later develop your career and have the chance to earn uncapped commission.

My client is looking for someone who is looking for a progression platform and can exceed their sale targets. You will join a very successful team and be working in the new beautiful modern offices.

Your duties will involve:

* As the Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, business to business on a daily basis in order to identify new business.
* The position will be targeted on decision makers spoken to and contracts that have been signed up.
* To work to agreed KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) new business revenue & call targets to make sure the business targets are being met.
* To develop sales by cold calling, warm calling, solution selling, following up on leads to negotiate, handle objections, closing the deal and through maintaining ongoing profitable relationships.
* Ensure any customer queries identified are passed to the relevant role within the Front Line Team for resolution.
* To achieve set period, quarterly and annual revenue target by selling profitable business through value added selling

We are ideally looking for candidates with a successful background within a sales environment (not absolutely essential if you can demonstrate exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage with decision makers straight away. You will need to be target and money driven with excellent attention to detail. You need to have the ability to work on own initiative and under pressure. CRM experience is desirable.
