The Flemelily are currently we are looking for Registered General Nurses (RGN\s) to work within NHS Hospitals throughout the Staffordshire area. Due to Winter Pressures we are seeing a huge increase in shifts.

We have exciting opportunities available working on a range of wards and departments. We offer shifts to suit your availability which includes days, evenings, nights and weekends all with very competitive rates.

What do I need to be like?
•6+ month care experience
•A positive and caring person, who is confident and able to deliver individualised care and support in-line with each of our residents support guidelines.
•Communicate and engage effectively with service users, their families and colleagues.
•Strong interpersonal and working relationship skills.
•Good understanding of the disabilities, health and social care needs of service users and assist those who have mobility or continence needs, using the appropriate aids and equipment.
•Provide appropriate levels of care and support to ensure that personal hygiene needs are met, (washing, dressing, bathing, using the toilet).
•Health and Safety aware, to ensure the safety of our services users and colleagues.
The ideal candidate will be hardworking and reliable and have a passion and desire to work with others. You will need to work as part of a team, and have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, demonstrating an understanding of health issues and the importance of confidentiality.

What\s the salary?

This Client will pay a minimum of GBP14.35 PAYE or GBP20 Ltd per hour, according to the shift offered and your experience level/qualification.

As the role requires work with vulnerable people and delivering personal care and support, your employment will be subject to appropriate pre-employment checks including referencing and Disclosure and Barring Service Check.

•2 Proof of your current address (dated within the last 3 months)
•DBS certificate (if registered with the Update Service Online or we can help you apply)
•Mandatory Training if it is Skills for Health Aligned (or we can offer this free of charge)
•Payroll Provider (details of your umbrella company, or we can recommend one)
