Candidate Resourcing Officer - Stafford Medacs Healthcare, leading nursing agency and preferred supplier to several prominent NHS Trusts, are looking to recruit a CANDIDATE RESOURCING OFFICER to work from our offices in Stafford.The role includes, but is not restricted to, the following : *Input new registrations onto Frostnet, ensuring information regarding registration source is captured To perform full, detailed new resourcing / registration calls as per call guides *Sell benefits of working with Medacs Healthcare *Arrange face to face meeting for candidate *Advise of all documentation required in order to be successful at interview *Discuss work requirements and positions available that meet these requirements *To take part in campaigns to recruit new or archived candidates *To keep informed of new procedures re: NMC, Right to Work, blood results etc. *To utilise emails, phone calls, post, social media, etc, as means of contact This is a permanent role with an annual salary of GBP15,500 and is based at our offices in Stafford.To apply for this position, please click the "apply for this role" button below and forward your CV for consideration.About Medacs HealthcareMedacs Healthcare is a leading healthcare staffing and services company providing locum, temporary and permanent healthcare recruitment, managed services, police and prison healthcare, occupational health and home care to the public and private sectors.Our organisation is built on the skills, knowledge and talent of our employees, and the relationships they establish with clients and candidates.
