Ward Manager (RMN/RNLD) vacancy - up to GBP40,600 p/a + BenefitsCAMHS/Eating Disorder - Stafford WR Health & Social Care has a fantastic Ward Manager (RMN/RNLD) vacancy available with our client, a national provider of private mental health care for children, adolescents and adults with complex conditions. The successful candidate will be managing a small Eating Disorder ward, and an attractive salary of up to GBP40,600 p/a is on offer alongside a host of competitive benefits. This hospital treats up to 40 young people across several wards with complex mental health conditions, eating disorders and challenging behaviours, who require intensive treatment in a safe, holistic setting. A dedicated MDT work collaboratively to deliver patient-centred care, and they are all fully-trained to provide the best standard of care and rehabilitation possible. Furthermore, there is on-site education provision available to all service users, which ensures that future prospects upon discharge are never compromised. As Ward Manager, you will be a visible, motivational and approachable presence, providing clinically-sound leadership to the team. You will utilise strong leadership skills, regularly supervise all healthcare staff and encourage CPD, ensuring that the MDT work cohesively. Quality management and KPI management will also be key responsibilities, as well as keeping up to date with all legislation, standards and frameworks i.e. MCA, DoLS etc. On-call duties will be performed as required, as well as being heavily involved with the hospital's governance team.
