Macildowie are pleased to be working with a growing Manufacturing Business in Stoke on Trent
My client is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst.
Reporting to the Purchasing Manager your duties will include:
Process requisitions for European sites
Checking prices and liaising with Buyers if details have changed
Enter Purchase Orders onto ERP system
Maintain orders, deliveries and shortages spreadsheet
Set up new suppliers and materials on ERP system
Email European suppliers with requests for compliance information
Updating ERP system with documents and status
Resolving invoice queries
Filing documents on shared drives
Monitoring shipments, BOL and Customs Clearance (incoming)
To be successful in your application for this role you will need the following experience:
3 years minimum experience in a purchasing role.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience working with IFS, SAP or similar ERP system.
Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word,Outlook and Excel.
A background in dealing with European suppliers.
Working hours for the role are: 8:45am-4:45am
Holiday entitlement - 25 days + Bank holidays
For the successful candidate my client is offering a salary of GBP20,000
