Role: 2nd Helpdesk Support
Location: Coventry
Salary: GBP23,000

I'm currently recruiting for a 2nd Helpdesk Support candidate to join a leading & global organisation based in Coventry. The business requires experienced 1st/2nd Line Support helpdesk technician with experience of working within an IT Services environment.

Technical Experience required:
* Windows 2008, Windows 7
* Call Logging
* Desktop Support
* Telephone Manner
* Active Directory

Additional skills & experience:
* Office 365

This role will suit an experienced 1st / 2nd Line IT Support Technician with prior experience of working as a 1st / 2nd Line IT Support Technician in a busy working environment. The initial contract is a rolling contract with a view to extend to 6-12 months or go permanent.
