Permanent Store Cleaning Manager position, based in Kidderminster with a large facilities management company

Client Details

My client is a large Facilities Management company who have an urgent requirement for a cleaning manager for a role in the Kidderminster area


Duties to include, day to day management of a team of cleaners and ensuring the SLA is delivered to the highest of standards.

The ideal candidate will have a background in audits and working with clients to maintain and improve cleaning standards, through excellent operational structure and management. You will also have the ability to manage and motivate a team of cleaners

You will be expected, as part of the role to create a weekly rota, ensure all hours are processed for payroll in line with timetables supplied, that all employees are trained in the correct use of materials and equipment. A flexible approach to hours and the tasks involved is required to fulfil the needs of this role as is the ability to work to and manage deadlines.


My client is keen to see CVs from candidates with a background in commercial cleaning ideally in retail, although other backgrounds will also be considered and are definitely of interest.

Job Offer

Salary GBP20,000 - GBP23,000
