We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator for a well-established, growing company based in Walsall. This exciting opportunity to join an expanding organisation that specialise in manufacturing for various companies UK and world wide

The company are looking for a driven, ambitious individual to join their organisation on a temporary basis

Duties include:

• Dealing with incoming customer calls and dealing with their request effectually and accordingly

• Processing orders onto the in-house system using Codes and product naming

• Matching and generating various invoices and making sure everything is correct and accurate before distribution

• Main point of contact with internal and external clients

• Support customers with any enquires and dealing with them accordingly

• Completing general administration duties such as filling, scanning and sending email correspondences

The hours of work: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm

Pay rate: GBP8:00 - GBP8:50 per hour
