In this role, you will provide a regionally focused HSE Business Partner service to drive the HSE Strategy and best practices in people management within a specific region. You will be required to collaborate with business leaders at all levels to ensure the organisation, through its people, delivers value to shareholders and customers.
Operating in the fuel industry, safety is paramount to everything we do at Certas Energy. This means the role you would take on is key to ensuring best practice is followed, by providing effective professional HSEQ advice and guidance in line with current legislation and company policies and procedures.
Could you be a Certas Energy HSE Business Partner? We're looking for:
- At least 5 years experience in HSE Business Partnering or similar
- Experience in the fuel industry is beneficial, but not essential
- NEBOSH General Certificate
- Results and delivery focused
- Commercial awareness
- Decision making
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders
We employ 2,500 colleagues based across our depots around the UK from the highlands of Scotland to the Channel Islands. We recruit sales people to sell our fuel, oils and lubricants as well as drivers to deliver the products to our customers who may be individual home owners, farmers, small or large businesses! Also essential to our business are our management teams and colleagues within, Marketing, HR, Finance, IT, Health and Safety and Legal. In addition, we have a dedicated team of service engineers who work within Team Energy. Key to our success are our people and our learning and development team ensure we can nurture our talent and support colleagues with their aspirations and growth through programmes such as Inspire, our WOW training courses and apprenticeships.
