The Job Role

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Welcome Team, working in partnership with a leading independent energy supplier helping our customers know more.

Our customers are important to us and we love to make sure that they are all happy with the service we provide.

Switching energy providers can be a daunting process so we are here to check that it all went smoothly. We like to let our customers know that we are always here to help, whether it's simply welcoming them to our service or explaining how their bills work.

It's all about maintaining that high standard of service that our customers can expect from us.

The successful candidates will need to be friendly, confident individuals who are able to build great rapport with the customers.

Pay: GBP7.15p.h (GBP7.50 over 25)

Working hours:

Monday- Friday between 4pm- 8pm.

Location: Stratford upon Avon

  • We are conveniently located a 10 minute walk from Stratford-Upon-Avon Parkway Station.
