Immediate start - Accounts assistant with Accounts Receivable background needed initially for a 3 month temporary role

Client Details

Large Manufacturing and supply chain company

Description

To ensure the efficient processing and collection of customer invoices

Process all receivables, including record keeping of these transactions

Sole responsibility for maintaining the Accounts Receivable Ledger

Creating and processing Non Self-Billing Invoices

Processing self-billing invoices

Cash allocation

Reconciliation of the cash book

Credit notes

Process Month-end journals and balance sheet reconciliations

Submit month-end performance reports

Adhoc duties reporting into the Financial Accountant

Profile

Essential -

Experience in Accounts receivable with Cash book

Excellent IT - Pivot tables, Vlookups

Great communication

AAT qualified and Part qualified

Management Resource Planning experience desirable

IFS systems Ideal

Experience of matching and scanning invoices desirable

Job Offer

3 month initial temporary role

GBP10-12/hr + holiday pay
