How would you like to join a company who have experience exponential growth by ensuring their Developers actually work as a team? Do you want to be part of a group of Developers who help each other out because they are experts in different areas? Do you get motivated by solving complex problems and are open to using new or different tech?

If the answer is yes, this could role could be for you. You'll be joining a company who develop bespoke solutions with a global presence. Your team will be working across the full stack so there's lots of information and knowledge sharing. So, you may be a back end developer but will get exposure to front end tech - you'll be asked to work with others with different skillsets to deliver a full solution.

This way of working has led to rapid development of systems that are way outperforming the competition. The team is skilled in C# .NET, Typescript, JavaScript, NodeJS, HTML5, functional programming (e.g Go, Erlang, F#) and are looking to further exploit open source technologies as part of our ongoing transition moving to the Linux platform.

You may come from a C# .NET, C++, or Java background, or be skilled in web development; what's important is you bring a pragmatic approach to development and you like to deliver simple, elegant code. The manager of this team understands you can't be an expert at everything and his set-up allows to work to your strengths.

Working in a Continuous Integration environment, you'll be comfortable with developing complex, distributed, multi-tier applications. The culture is hard working - Developers are really invested in producing the best products possible to stay ahead of the curve and competition - and the rewards are great, too. As well as a competitive base salary you'll get an excellent pension contribution of 7.5% company matched, gym membership, bonus, annual pay reviews and subsidised food and drink.

Aside from the perks you'll get the very realistic opportunity to advance your career - I know from personal experience that achievement gets recognised as part of a meritocratic culture. You have the opportunity to progress down a technical or managerial route. Or you can stay as a Developer if you simply love coding day-to-day.

It's an informal environment where the team set ups mean you don't have to work yourself to the bone because your team is understaffed. Staff retention is extremely strong because of the variety of work, pace of innovation and above industry standard rewards.

The position is easily commutable within 45mins from the likes of Stoke, Crewe, Burton, Derby, Stafford, Cannock, Walsall, Market Drayton, Northwich, Congleton, and Leek.
