Hays Accountancy and Finance Worcester are recruiting for an experienced purchase ledger clerk to start on a permanent, full time basis for our client based in Worcester.
Your new role
You will work within a friendly, busy Finance Team within a growing and continuously developing department. Dealing with a high volume, You will have good attention to detail whilst ensuring that invoices and queries are dealt with accurately and in a timely manner.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be a very experienced purchase ledger clerk and be used to dealing with heavy workloads, your duties will be:
- Experience working with a multi-currency purchase ledger, preparing payment runs and supplier statement reconciliations
- Experience of an ERP system such as M/S Dynamics AX or SAP
- Experience of M/S Excel
