A local authority are looking for an Administrator to provide a range of routine administrative duties to support the Localities and Partnerships Team.

Main responsibilities consist of the following:

Maintaining a frontline customer response service and resolving basic queries. Taking clear messages via telephone and or email and passing them on effectively.

Supporting the administrative aspects of the team's work, including room bookings, venue hire, paperwork for meetings & co-ordinating any follow-up queries.

Maintaining and updating the Team's webpages.

Maintaining filing systems and entering and retrieving information from electronic databases.

Receiving, sorting and distributing incoming/ outgoing post.

To check and look after office equipment bringing any issues to the attention of the supervisor.

To occasionally process small invoices

To interact sensitively, professionally, and maintaining confidentially when dealing with colleagues and customers

The ideal candidate will need proven experience in an admin based role, fast and accurate IT skills and good communication skills.

Although the position is mainly based in Nuneaton, the successful candidate will be required to travel between multiple sites including Rugby and Warwick, therefore will need to own a car and obtain a valid driving license.

Full time temporary position - atleast until the end of May with the chance for it be extended.

37 Hours per week.
