The Job Role:

As a Front Office Supervisor, your duties will include:

  • Supervising the office and front of house teams
  • Managing day to day activities across 2 hotels
  • Ensuring all financial and administration tasks are completed to the highest standard
  • Maintaining stock control by supporting the F&B controller and completing stock takes
  • Ensuring all front office staff provide guests with the highest level of customer service
  • Running post service / event debriefs with all staff
  • Being involved in staff recruitment, training and development
  • Completing food safety audits on a monthly basis
  • Ensuring all licensing regulations are adhered to
  • Any other reasonable tasks as requested by Senior Management

Experience / Requirements:

  • MUST have experience within a similar role - preferably Hotel based
  • Passionate about delivering great customer service
  • Previous cash and stock handling
  • Previous reception experience in a senior role
  • Have an excellent eye for detail
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Have a flexible approach to work - Weekend and Bank Holiday work is required
  • NVQ Level 3 in Customer Service or similar qualification
