Due to continued growth, our client who are a multinational firm want to increase their presence within the UK Market. To do this successfully, they are seeking an experienced B2B field sales representative to focus on the Birmingham region.
The role overview:
- Essential targeting businesses to become part of an exciting employee reward/loyalty card
- You will be prospecting to SMEs mostly within the retail industry and will be dealing with decision makers
- Developing successful relationships with the aim of securing a partnership offering employees 2-4-1 and other consumer discounts
- Previous B2B field sales experience essential - ideally solution led sales such as media/IT or into retail
- A history meeting and exceeding targets
- The ability to work using your own initiative making your own commercial decisions with some guidance and support from the head office in London
- The ability to manage your own diary and workload maximising use of your time and energy
- You will also need to be confident, very ambitious and want to be part of something exciting offering growth!
- A highly competitive basic salary of up to £33,000
- High uncapped OTE
- Full expenses/mileage to off set against running your own vehicle
- Remote office set up and other support tools
- Recognised training and ongoing support
