We are looking for an Accounts Manager to join and oversee our growing Accounts team in Birmingham.

We are experiencing huge growth across the company which has led to expansion of our Accounts department. We are now looking for someone to support the overall Accounting functions on a day to day and work close nit managing our Finance professionals and working alongside our Finance Director of Jubilee.

Role Responsibilities;

·Managing a team of financial professionals and ensuring the smooth running of day to day operations

·Identify any employee development needs and implement the relevant training and support

·Monitor the teams performance and provide feedback

·To be pro-active in solving problems and dealing with difficult situations

·Takes time management, organisation and accuracy to detail to seriously

·Dealing with email and telephone enquiries to the Accounts department

·Raising purchase orders and processing invoices

·Maintaining high standard of accuracy and ensuring all data is kept confidential and secure

·Preparing reports and documentation

·Data entry using Excel and IT software

·Carrying out introductory calls to our client

·Supporting the Finance Professionals with Payroll, Banking, Reporting and all other Accounting tasks

The Ideal Candidate;

·Strong IT skills using systems and software – SAGE 50 is essential

·Can demonstrate an intermediate level using Excel

·A strong understanding of accounting operations
