We are currently seeking to employ a driven, enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Application Support Consultant.

We are a software house dedicated to providing industry leading dealer management solutions to car dealerships across the UK.

As an Application Support Consultant you will be expected to undertake the following Key Tasks;

  • Taking inbound calls, emails and instant messages from users of the software with queries and issues regarding the system. These will range from simple how-to questions to more complex in-depth issues.
  • Trouble shootingexisting cases to find root causes for software errors and getting these resolved in a timely manner
  • Ensure all callers are dealt with swiftly and effectively with an emphasis on great customer service.
  • Attend training seminars and produce training material as your knowledge of the system grows.

Salary + Benefits

Starting salary between £16k to £20k to be based on experience.

All support consultants will take part in our internal training academy which will allow for self-propelled increase in salary as you progress – each of the 8 stages includes incremental salary increase up to £32K at final stage.

Hours of work

37.5 hours per weeks on a three shift rota (7am – 3.30pm, 9am – 5.30pm and 10.30am to 7pm). Some occasional weekend and bank holiday work is expected.
