We are looking for talented developers to work with a growing award winning Development Company who work with large enterprise level clients, delivering technical solutions based in Birmingham City Centre.
The main technology that we are working with is Salesforce, however we understand how rare this technology is so are open to hear from developers with solid experience in other languages such as C#, Java, PHP, or GoLang.
There is a unique approach taken to development meaning that the technology that is used alongside Salesforce is very varied, including NodeJS, GoLang, AWS, GCP and Kafka. So it would be perfect for an experienced developer who wants to expand their technical knowledge and wanting to challenge themselves.
The role will be varied working on both Greenfield projects and supporting and maintaining existing solutions.
The company themselves develop solutions for large corporate businesses including a lot of FTS 500 companies. They offer working hours between 9-5, however due to the nature of the solutions they provide there is endless amounts of overtime available which is offered at time and a half.
The company also offer a unique bonus structure allowing developers to earn bonus on all the development work the complete during working hours (either normal or overtime) which ads up to between £800-£1300 per month, paid quarterly. They are looking to pay a basic of between £25,000-35,000 dependant on experience but developers will earn much more in excess of this with the bonuses and if they choose to do overtime.
The company also offer flexible working hours, pension, a personal development and training budget, and £500 bonuses when various certifications are completed. They are based in Central Birmingham and offer free parking, but are in walking distance from local transport links also. They have a really relaxed and social working environment, with amazing open plan offices.
