We are currently recruiting for a Site Analyst & Administrator at our Minsterley site to assist and provide analytical and administration support to the site in agreement with the Operations Manager as to all requested tasks from site; working quickly and efficiently under pressure, whilst ensuring accuracy.

In this role the key responsibilities will include:

* Maintain Site Waste Collection Tracker

* Maintain Standard Confirmation Tracker and associated Calendar

* Raise Purchase Requisitions on SAP as required

* Raise Goods Receipt Notes for deliveries received and all associated checks for billing queries

* Control stationery ordering and storage for Site

* Ensure Daily, Weekly & Monthly Operations Pack is compliant with standard

* Actively develop & maintain records management processes and policies

* Produce and track key performance indicators

* Develop and support reporting processes

* Monitor and audit data quality

* Liaise with internal and external clients to fully understand data content

* Prepare reports for internal and external audiences using business analytics reporting tools

* Create data dashboards, graphs and visualisations

* Analyse large datasets, draw valid inferences and present them successfully to management using a reporting tool.

* Create & Maintain Work Element Documentation

* Ensure where required by role note taking at designated meetings with subsequent publishing for all attendees

* Ordering of canteen consumables

* Take reasonable care for the health, safety and welfare of themselves and others that may be affected by their acts or omissions

* To be fully aware of own responsibilities with regard to all Health and Safety Legislation and Best Practice

* Not to allow or take part in the misuse or interference of anything provided in the interest of health and safety

* Attend all Health & Safety meetings and briefings when requested

* To carry out any other duties that are within their skills and abilities wherever required to meet the needs of the business/Site

* Actively promote and comply with all Company Policies, Procedures and Values

* To control stationery budget spend

Key skills & experience

* Excellent numerical and analytical skills

* Familiarity with databases (e.g. MS Access)

* The capacity to develop and document procedures and workflows

* The ability to carry out data quality control, validation and linkage

* An understanding of data protection issues

* The ability to produce clear graphical representations and data visualisations.

* Good computer skills

* Good communication skills

* Genuine desire to succeed

* Working knowledge of computer software appropriate to area of responsibility

* Teamworking,

* Technically minded

* Logical

* Diligent and able to work alone or within cross functional teams
