A long - established successful family run Kitchen and Bathroom Showroom require an additional person to join their team.

Main tasks include:
- Opening and locking up the business premises on a daily basis
- Meeting and greeting potential customers in the showroom
- Answering customer queries about the products, face to face or by telephone (Product information training will be given)
- Taking calls, dealing with correspondence and booking appointments
- Placing orders, tracking orders, taking in and checking deliveries
- Entering delivery and invoice details onto Excel spreadsheets
- Entering information onto company database
- Updating of website and social media

Ideal Candidate:
- This is a busy role, and you should be happy to work in a small team but also be able to work alone
- Have a friendly, positive and open personality and excellent customer facing skills
- Very organised and be able to manage yourself as well as the partners diaries
- Good computer skills with experience of Excel spreadsheets
- Previous order processing and customer service experience is desirable

- Full UK driving license
- At least 1 year administration experience

Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Some Saturday work 10am - 1pm

£16k - £18k depending on experience
