Spring Technology are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our leading public sector clients.

This role is within IR35

Based in Warwick the client are looking for an experienced Service Desk Analyst on an initial 3 month contract. The Successful candidate must have good experience of working within a busy support desk environment and must be able to handle the workload and be able to prioritise the urgency of the incidents.

Essential Experience:-
* To receive support calls via the main Service Desk telephone number and to achieve a high number of fixes at that first point of contact.
* To accurately log the details of each support call and actions taken onto the Service Desk call logging system.
*Experience of working under strict SLA`S.
*To diagnose and fix all problems with PC`S.
*To act as a liaison point between individual users and third parties
*Service Desk Logging systems.

Essential skills-
*Experience with Windows 7 and XP.
*Active Directory
*Must have excellent communication skills
*Must have the capability to work under pressure.
*Knowledge of Google Mail.
