We are currently recruiting for a Customer Care Advisor to join our successful team in Warwick on a temporary basis with an immediate start!

We are a close supportive team of three and we are looking for someone that will support the day to day handling of the phones, emails and deal with customer communications. Your main duties will be to run an effective and informative product help desk to all of our loyal customers who have any queries and complaints in a first class professional manner!

Our offices are constantly busy with existing and new clients calling us to know more about our current products and the products we will be releasing in the near future. Due to this we do need you to have articulate phone manner, inbound customer service experience and experience with dealing with various queries.

We must add this role will involve NO cold calling!

We would need you to have experience with MS Office but we will provide training on the role if need be - support will always be there for you.

In return you will receive excellent working hours of 9am till 5pm Monday to Friday and a fantastic hourly rate of £10.26 with free parking on site!
