PA to HR Director
Providing daily support to the HR Director of a well established business based in Willenhall.
The client is a very well established retail business with its head office based in Willenhall.
The key responsibilities as PA to the HR Director will mainly include but not be limited to; supporting and assisting the HR Director in day to day tasks, organising schedules, arranging meetings, general administration duties, arranging travel and bookings, getting involved in projects and other parts of the business, taking minutes and arranging itinerary's.
The successful candidate for PA to HR Director will have:
- Excellent organisational/ prioritisation skills in order to balance a varied/ challenging workload and list of duties
- Previously worked as a PA
- Be open to getting involved in other aspects of the business such as projects etc
- The ability to multi-task
- High IT and communication skills
- Be willing to go the extra mile to achieve tasks
- Excellent communication skills
