Business Analyst - Wealth Management
The Business Analyst, as the subject matter expert, will use their expertise to identify, design and drive forward new products and to ensure that our existing products meet the needs of our customers. This role will work with delivery, marketing and sales teams to ensure that our clients' requirements are represented and that client engagement is integral in the design and delivery of our products - the "Voice of the Customer".
You will have an in depth understanding of the financial services and remuneration market, with significant proven experience of business / systems analysis, ideally working with remuneration applications specifically. You will also demonstrate experience working with XML & delimited data file formats structures. Knowledge of relational databases and web services is also desirable. You will be confident to work independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations.
You will have excellent relationship building and communication skills at all levels of the organisation, both internally and externally. You always think both strategically and analytically, with the self-motivation and commitment to ensure you always 'get things done'.
