Sales Administrator
We are recruiting for a Sales Administrator on behalf of our client based in the Lichfield area. As a Sales Administrator you will be responsible for administrative duties within the Sales Department.

Duties and Responsibilities of a Sales Administrator
·Answering incoming calls
·Maintain and reply to emails
·Data Entry
·Processing orders
·Contacting customers to deal with queries
·Raising Invoices
·Liaising with other internal departments
·Scheduling logistics for company transport
·Updating spreadsheets
·Processing payments
·General Administration

·Salary: £18K
·Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5.00pm
·Location: Lichfield
·Temporary to Permanent

Skill and Experience of a Sales Administrator
·Good attention to detail
·Friendly disposition with confident telephone manner
·Literate and numerate with a good knowledge of Microsoft office
·Able to work on own and in a team
·The ability to prioritise workload
·Ideally someone with experience using SAGE
