Lexcel accredited firm offering high-quality work and excellent remuneration seeks a dynamic Commercial Property Solicitor for their team in Solihull.

The Firm
Our client is a highly successful firm with offices across England providing a comprehensive range of legal services to commercial and individual clients. With numerous accreditations including the Lexcel quality mark, they endeavour to provide practical, efficient advice in a professional and seamless manner. Owing to recent expansion, the firm is now looking to recruit a Commercial Property Lawyer for its office in Solihull in the West Midlands, which is located close to a range of local amenities and good transport links.

The Role
This is an opportune time to join a reputable firm and manage your own caseload as a Commercial Property Lawyer. Your duties will be varied and will include advising on landlord and tenant matters and dealing with sales and purchases of commercial property, so experience in these matters would be advantageous. Applications will also be considered from Lawyers without significant commercial property experience who are highly motivated to learn and develop a commercial property specialism. In return, the firm offers a supportive work environment and the opportunity for career progression. This role is offered on a full-time basis and is a permanent position.

The Candidate
Applications are encouraged from Solicitors and Legal Executives with at least 1 year’s PQE in commercial property.
Ideally, you will possess experience in landlord and tenant matters and sales and purchases of commercial property.
The successful Commercial Property Lawyer will have the desire for professional development.
It would be advantageous if you possess exceptional client care skills.
You will take a proactive approach.
