Title: Maintenance Supervisor/Maintenance Technician for Hydraulic and Mechanical Test Rigs


·To Supervise Team and Maintain TPM Systems.

·Hands on skills as a Maintenance Engineer on a daily basis.

·To work as part of a team in planned & preventative maintenance on customers site.

·Assist core team in the fabrication and build of new hydraulic/pneumatic test rigs in accordance with engineering schematics, manufacture and assembly drawing.

·Working at own and customer to support build, fault diagnosis, modifications and repair work

·Installation and alignment of motors, gearboxes, pumps and other transmission components

Essential Experience:

·Able to construct and implement TPM Systems.

·Able monitor downtime and critical spares.

·Able to work follow engineering drawings and hydraulic/pneumatic schematics

·Experience of pipe bending and conventional pipework installation standards (e.g. BSP, JIC, Swagelok, crimp fittings)

·Experience of installation of pneumatic and hydraulic equipment (e.g. valves, pumps, pipework)

·Experience of working with rotating machinery (e.g. assembly/disassembly of gearboxes)

The candidate will be:

·Able to make decisions based on previous Management experience.

·Willing to travel and work at customer sites (expenses will be covered or a company vehicle will be provided)

·A good communicator, able to liaise with internal and customer technical teams

·Able to work both individually and as part of a larger team

·Capable of identifying and feeding back areas for improvement

·A self-starter, able to work under their own initiative and exercise sound technical judgement and recognise when to escalate any issues to engineering management
