About the team

The opportunity is within our Large Corporate team who advise a broad range of clients across a wide range of industry sectors.The focus of the work will cover a range of issues but with the core focus on tax accounting preparation work, compliance and audit of tax. The compliance work on some of your clients may be via the Compliance Centre.

You will be working directly to managers/senior managers and also, at times, or tax directors and partners, providing tax accounting advice to a wide range of clients. . From time to time you will assist clients with queries directly as you develop your confidence and be required to attend client locations for some of the audit of tax work.

Essential skills and experience

  • Previous experience of tax accounting preparation work, audit of tax experience and managing corporate tax assignments.

Desirable skills and experience

  • Basic understanding of IFRS, US GAAP and FRS 102 tax accounting.
  • Basic excel configuration knowledge to support the above tax accounting knowledge.
