To help manage Exhibitor Manual Online (EMOL) clients in order to achieve and maximise client revenue and operating income. To deliver, to the highest standards, the GES Online Manual and assist in the development of the Expresso Manual to organisers.

Key activities and responsibilities

·Work with Department Manager to increase the GES market-share of EMOL and Expresso Manuals whilst continually improving team productivity; through enhancements to systems and encouraging organisers to use the self-service admin suite.

·Assist in the development of Expresso Manual; being innovative and creating solutions to help reduce the functionality gaps between EMOL and Expresso Manuals.

·To renegotiate EMOL contracts on a year to year, or multi-year basis (aiming for an annual 10% revenue improvement)

·Take the lead on client liaison to deliver a proactive approach to manual project management

·Liaise with commercial team to maximise new business and opportunities.

·Attend meetings with commercial team and other members of management team as required

·Ensure contracts are raised, authorised and stored correctly

·Ensuring sales invoices are raised in accordance with contracts and recorded in future forecasting/budgets.

·Actively engage in the drive to continuously improve services and products by ensuring suggestions and opportunities are highlighted to your line manager.

·Demonstrate commitment to the core values of the company.

·Take a participative role in the Company’s sustainability initiative and ensure where possible your actions support the achievement of this initiative; reuse, recycle and replenish.

·Ensure compliance with allhealth and safety, corporate, client and legislative standards across the function


You will be required to develop and maintain positive and progressive working relationships both internally and externally, in order to facilitate growth and integration across the business.


This is a full-time role with offering a competitive salary, dependent on experience.

Hours of work

A 37.5 hour week working Monday to Friday, typically between the hours of 8.30 – 5.00 (with one hour unpaid lunch).

You may be required to work evenings and weekends during busy periods in order to meet the demands of the business, including overseas travel as required.

Annual leave

GES’ holiday entitlement is 25 days per annum (plus bank holidays and statutory public holidays).


This role will be based in the Silverstone Drive office.Due to our location a current driving licence and your own transport would be an advantage.
