We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager with exceptional communication skills and a minimum of 2+ years experience ideally in B2B technology looking to take the next step in their career. This candidate will help us craft high-quality content and deliver compelling demand generation campaigns across a variety of channels.

  • Reporting to the Marketing Director this candidate will play a vital role in contributing towards the implementation of the UK marketing strategy.

  • Accountable for content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, asset downloads, engagement and ultimately leads that result in new client acquisition and customer retention.

  • Develop and manage editorial calendar ensuring content output is engaging, on-brand, consistent and supporting business objectives.

  • Create and promote content e.g whitepapers, ebooks, infographics.

  • Own the company blog, writing, editing and managing posts through Hubspot.

  • Creating appropriate messaging for different personas within our target market.

  • Develop and publish content for Linkedin articles and management of all relevant social channels.

  • Working with the Head of Customer Engagement to create content to support customer marketing initiatives such as case studies.

  • Maintain and update company website, create landing pages etc. using Hubspot CMS.

  • Run email marketing campaigns via Hubspot and maintain contact database.

  • Manage product marketing to distill complex technical information into compelling collateral.

  • Support the sales team with appropriate collateral to help accelerate opportunities through the pipeline. E.g presentations

  • Assist in the management of first and third-party online and offline events.

  • Contribute to the global PR strategy, creating compelling synopsis and working closely with our PR agency.


  • Previous experience of content marketing in a B2B environment is essential (prior experience marketing for a software technology company is extremely advantageous).

  • Impeccable copywriting and editing skills (in English) with a keen eye for detail.

  • Experience delivering compelling content across various formats (e.g reports, blogs, email copy etc).

  • Experience with Hubspot (or equivalent marketing automation tool) and major social media channels.

  • A good eye for design, and graphic design skills advantageous.

  • PowerPoint proficient to support sales decks and public speaking material.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to present weekly marketing reports with strong views on how to use data to improve marketing capabilities.
