Graduate Trainee Paraplanner
An excellent opportunity for a graduate with a finance related degree to join a Wealth Management Practice, to work as part of a growing team. We are looking for a proactive, motivated individual to join the Practice and to learn and develop their role.
A recent degree in Finance and Banking would be beneficial. R01 or equivalent is a distinct advantage. Proactive, confident, enthusiastic, good communication and social skills, self-motivated and able to work without supervision. Must be computer literate (Microsoft Office) and knowledge of the financial services industry preferred.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
• Excellent IT skills (Inc. Word, Outlook and Excel)
• Experience in pensions and investments would be preferred
• Accurate typing/Data Entry
• Good eye for and a sensitivity to detail
• Professional telephone manner
• Excellent English both oral and written
• Good organisational skills & ability to multi-task
• Ability to collate data and prepare reports
·Manage proactive client communications ensuring the Partner delivers service requirements in line with the Practice client proposition.·Deliver projects to meet defined business objectives. ·Compliance - understand and adhere to the organisation’s systems and regulatory requirements and where appropriate, comply with all relevant regulatory policies. This includes completion of any mandatory training requirements.·Escalation of queries to Provider relationship Managers for resolution.·Recognise opportunities that will benefit existing clients and bring to the attention of the Principal Partner.
