IT System Solutions Manager - HR Learning & Performance Technologies
Location: East Midlands
Salary: GBP40-47,500 + great benefits

This is a fantastic opportunity join a global organisation in a high profile role. You will be the business lead for Technology in Learning & Performance systems & processes, driving continuous improvement to enhance our Clients future Technology offer and operational performance.
You will be instrumental in shaping the thinking for the future of HR systems and processes within the organisation.
Exposure to a wide range of senior stakeholders in HR and other functions.

The role:
Own the overall HR operational technology service offering for Learning and Performance Management
Support the operation to run in the most efficient way within the current system and process landscape.
Drive and monitor best practice
Identify and implement quick wins to aid the current operation
Provide future thinking for the strategic direction of our operational processes and the supporting technologies
Proactively seek and spot opportunities to drive continuous improvement through external insight, global linkages & up to date market based knowledge
Generate requirements for enhanced or new technology and work with IT to create business cases, develop solutions, test & deliver the change
Work with key stakeholders to understand the needs of the business and turn these into action plans
Partner with IT and monitor service delivery & supplier performance against agreed SLA's

The person:
Degree educated or equivalent
Expert knowledge of HR technologies and industry best practice (in particular for Learning and Performance Management), including implementation experience.
Excellent influencing skills, networking, prioritising, thought leadership, innovation and project management. Lean &/or Six Sigma trained.
Experience of setting clear goals and delivering on promises, working at pace and dealing with complex situations. Hold themselves and others to account.
Partners brilliantly with stakeholders cross functionally including IT and suppliers, with clear ownership and accountabilities.
