Your new role
The Leadership Development Consultant/Manager role is a new post and will be responsible for development and delivery of a range of training programmes across the Birmingham site. The key focus of the role will be on management development and leadership training across all levels from aspirational leaders to executive level directors. The Leadership Development Consultant/Manager will also have responsibility for soft skills, apprenticeship, customer service and regulatory training. The postholder will utilise a variety of training solutions including classroom, elearning, webinars and coaching. The role will also build the relevant intranet pages and support the design and facilitation of leadership events.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be confident and creative Learning & Development professional with strong experience of developing and delivering management development and leadership programmes at all levels. Experience of the complete training cycle is essential and exposure to elearning and executive coaching would be advantageous.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £30,000 to £38,000 plus excellent benefits. You will join a forward thinking organisation, within a new post which you will have the opportunity able to shape and that has the scope for creativity.
