Your new role
The HR - Specialist Employee Relations will be responsible for a team of HR Advisors and Senior HR Advisors. The team are responsible for providing specialist advice and guidance to the business on employee relations queries and cases. This role will lead the team, act as a point of escalation and manage complex cases where required. The post holder will also lead an organisational wide project to review HR and ER policies and procedures, as part of a large scale business transformation programme. The role is a fixed term contract for 14 months.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be a highly credible HR professional with in depth employee relations experience and expert employment law knowledge. Previous HR team management experience is essential and candidates must be CIPD qualified. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate expertise in project management and previous success of reviewing, developing and implementing organisational wide HR processes and procedures.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £40,000 to £44,000 plus excellent benefits.
