The Role We currently require a Junior Sous Chef to work in our n a fast paced, high volume prestigious restaurant at Bank Bar and Grill, Birmingham. The successful candidate will be working alongside large brigade of chefs, to deliver the food to the highest of standards. The successful candidate would be expected to; Train and inspire their team Ensure that Company standards are set and maintained in terms of quality of service Assist in implementing our seasonally changing menu Be responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen and ensure that all requirements (both statutory and Company) are met in relation to Health & Safety and Food Safety This role is well suited to a self-motivated, skilled, passionate & creative chef with a hands on approach.
