Waiting Staff - Mere Green, Sutton Coldfield Our Mere Green Bistrot Pierre is open seven days a week and we serve Breakfast (Saturday and Sunday) Lunch and Dinner. Our restaurant typically caters for a volume of anything from around 80 covers on a quiet weekday lunch service up to around 260 covers per service on a busy lunchtime evening or weekend. We are currently looking for enthusiastic and experienced waiting staff to join our front of house team. Duties of the Waiter / Waitress: Greeting, taking food and drink orders, serving and hosting our customers To demonstrate a good product knowledge across all our food and drink offerings, assisting customers with menu choices and offering recommendations where required Promoting food and drink offerings which complement the meal and enhance the customer’s dining experience To assist the General Manager in ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service standards within the bistrot by all team members.
