Trust Care Management are recruiting for an experienced Deputy Manager at our 23 bed nursing home in Rugeley, Staffordshire. The residential home, based in Rugeley, is two minutes away from the Town Centre.

Trust Care Management Ltd is an independent healthcare provider that was established in 2007. The company provides a wide range of care packages and supported living solutions in London, East Sussex, Essex, Suffolk, Midlands and Cambridgeshire; and continuously developing and expanding in the healthcare sector.

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager who is compassionate, forward thinking and committed to supporting people, enthusiastic and driven and can motivate others.

As Deputy Manager, you will support the Registered Manager with the day to day running of the home. You will be over seeing care plans and have involvement with recruitment and the induction of new staff.

You will be responsible for maintaining the home to a high standard level required by CQC.

Skills/Experience Required:

•NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care Level 3 or more is essential
•Minimum of 2 years' experience being a Senior Carer/Supervisor or Deputy Manager and being within a residential home setting with clients who are elderly and may suffer with dementia and/or challenging behaviour is essential
•You will need to have experience of creating monthly rota's
•You must be able to complete a compliance audit
•You will be completing staff supervisions
•Full driving licence and having a vehicle for work purposes is desirable
•A kind, compassionate, caring nature is essential and someone who is passionate about helping and working with people
•Excellent communication skills and a strong command of the English language
•Is able to work on their own initiative, but also in a team environment

.Competitive salary - GBP19,760.00 per annum/GBP9.50 per hour.
