Domiciliary Care Manager - Rugeley
I am working on behalf of a reputable elderly service provider that requires a Branch Manager for their new domiciliary branch in Cannock, Staffordshire.The Company: This expanding organisation is going from strength to strength and is one of the UK's fastest growing agencies delivering high quality care. A sustainable financially stable company with a fantastic reputation.The Branch/The role: This is a brand new branch in the Rugeley location and is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step up to a managerial position. Your main responsibilities will be to recruit good quality experienced domiciliary staff and to effectively grow the business with your new team. You will also be responsible for maintaining good levels of training & staff development, ensuring high levels of compliance are achieved, overseeing the promotion and marketing of the branch services, ensuring budgetary control amongst other duties.This role is a full-time role, 9am : 5pm, Monday to Friday.The Person: You will be a strong & experienced individual within the domiciliary sector, ideally as a manager, however they will consider strong candidates looking to step up into a managerial capacity and ideally have a proven successful track record within domiciliary care of the elderly sector. You will have excellent business sense, with the ability to take the company to the next level and a desire to work to high standards.
