HR ADVISOR - Change & Compliance Based Lichfield, with some travel expected Fantastic opportunity for a seasoned HR Advisor Be part of a forward thinking and supportive team within Voyage Care by becoming one of our HR Advisors. We are working hard to transform the HR provision within Voyage Care and are looking for a HR professional to join our HR team within Change and Compliance at this very exciting time. You will be based in the Group Support office in Lichfield, providing support to our regional operations teams as part of a team of HR professionals. The Services within Voyage Care provide high quality support to adults with learning disabilities, acquired brain injuries, communication difficulties and additional complex needs. Your responsibilities Support with all change and compliance matters, delivering solutions in accordance with business requirementsAdvise and support on TUPE transfers, acquisitions and tendersSupport with large scale change management projects, including service closures, restructures, harmonisation and contractual changesSupport a team of Junior HR Advisors within Change and Compliance on all areas of transactional HR such as contractual changes, references, statutory leave and DBS referralsAct as a subject matter expert on right to work and visas, ensuring compliance across our organisationAssist the wider HR team with employee relation mattersHelp, support and build line managers' capability to deliver results through their people via the provision of advice, direction and trainingDrive continuous improvements Support you will provideProvide regular telephone and email advice as requiredTravel around the regions as necessaryEnsure commercial, consistent and business focused support and advice as part of a team of HR professionalsBe flexible in line with business needs where necessaryWe are open to applications from full and part-time job seekers.
