Complex Care Assistant - Hereford
Newcross Healthcare are seeking experienced and dedicated complex care assistants to deliver the highest quality of care to our service users predominantly living in their own homes in Hereford and the wider Herefordshire area.Due to rural client locations and shift times, public transport is not always readily available, therefore access to your own vehicle is desirable.It is essential that you are dedicated to promoting the well-being and quality of life of each individual you care for. This means recognising the capabilities of each person, championing their needs and seeing them as more than a care plan.The Care Role:In this caring position your daily tasks could include; dressing, washing, toileting and enabling service users to live their daily lives as they choose. You will be playing an essential role in enabling our service users to live fulfilling lives, engaging in their favourite activities and interacting with their families, visitors and other residents.Our Complex Care at home teams provide high quality, life enhancing complex care in the home to clients with a range of complex healthcare needs.
