Customer Care Co-Ordinator
My client is looking to bring on a temporary, possibly temp to perm customer care co-ordinator to their busy and expanding team. This is a busy role where you will need to prioritise, think on your feet and be a natural 'people person' who enjoys building relationships with people.
Our client is a leading UK house builder with developments up and down the UK. They have modern, smart offices, very accessible via local road networks, and are close by to facilities. Free parking is available onsite for staff.
You will be dealing with queries via phone and email, from customers who have repair works needed under the warranty of their new home. You will be responsible for assessing their needs and if necessary booking in any repair works. You'll need to be confident on the phone and competent when responding to written queries.
You will enjoy being busy, be a bubbly and pleasant character, and enjoy working with people! You'll be a good team player who is keen to make sure the team works together to ensure the right outcome for both the customer and the business. A good knowledge of computer systems is needed and a background in scheduling, planning, or property maintenance (back office based) would be advantageous.
GBP9-11 per hour depending on the candidate
