Hamlin Knight are currently recruiting for a Commercial Administrator to join a well established manufacturing company based in Warwick. This position is a fixed term contract for 12 to 18 months.

The Commercial Administrator will be working within the Sales department and reporting directly into the Commercial Operations Manager.

The purpose of the role is to support the post-award process within the Sales Office by producing key sheets, providing support to the Bid team's contract review process and to the sales team reporting on deliveries.

The role will include daily communication directly with customers. The role requires the ability to plan, prioritise and work on various projects simultaneously.
*To support the contract review process of Tenders and quotations to ensure a perfect match with the customers order
*To support the Order Acknowledgement process confirming an estimated delivery schedule and maintain a focus on that schedule through to actual delivery (attend the daily production meeting to be fully up-to-speed on vehicle progress/possible delays)
*To support the non-elite chassis process - delivery planning and receiving

The successful candidate will have the ability to pay close attention to detail, have strong computer skills - Excel and Word essential, as well as good communication and inter-personal skills. Applicants should be enthusiastic with a positive attitude and must be a good team player who is confident and able to work in an organised, efficient manner with minimal supervision and also have the ability to think outside the box.
