Do you have the ability to deal with day-to-day team management in a sales environment? I am looking for someone with strong people skills and the ability to lead and get the best out of the team through coaching and feedback.

Purpose of the role

Monitoring and controlling of workflow, reviewing and providing feedback on team and individual performance,
day to day people management and the evaluation of policies and procedures.

Duties and responsibilities

Manage the department's workload, ensuring SLAs, KPIs and the objectives of the Receiver of Rent are achieved
Monitor performance and remedial action of audit findings and feedback to individuals
Identify and assist with the development of processes and procedures
Act as a referral point for queries, including deputising in Manager's absence and representing the team in meetings with both internal and external contacts
Carry out one to one meetings with employees and conduct regular team meetings
Provide feedback for the development of the team, including the coordination of training requirements


Ability to coach and develop a range of personalities and abilities
Be capable of organising, prioritising and allocating workloads whilst also setting realistic deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to challenge business policies, processes and procedures in a constructive and effective manner
A proactive approach, self-motivated and able to learn new skills and grasp concepts quickly
An understanding of Property Management and how the Receivership of Rent process works

Working hours

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm . Frdiay finish 15.30pm

Relevant training will be provided.
