Returns Administrator

We are recruiting for Temp to Perm Returns Administrator in the Telford - Stafford Park location.

You will be working for a Fortune 500 corporation with over 55,000 employees worldwide who are a leading business process services company, providing a broad range of information technology systems and products.

As a Returns Administrator you will need to have:

  • Experience as Returns Administrator, or proven history in similar types of work
  • Excellent excel skills (tables, pivot tables, reporting, charting, macros)
  • Excellent working knowledge of other Microsoft office applications including outlook, Word and Power point
  • Attention to detail. Ability to focus throughout working day
  • Experience in work with returns / vendors advantageous
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Details:

  • Rate of Pay: GBP
  • Working Hours are 8:30am - 5pm
  • Location: Stafford Park/Telford.
  • Immediate Start
  • Temporary to Permanent

Role of a Returns Administrator:

  • Data entry / navigation on Excel
  • Communication with vendors
  • Completing and generating reports
  • Prepares cycle count documents
  • Confirm inventory and adjusts inventory
  • Researches inventory discrepancies
  • Work closely with Buyers, Vendors
  • Creates ship backs
  • Works closely with customer services
  • Other duties as required
