Your new role
Your role will involve the following tasks:

  • Perform office duties, such as data entry, filing, typing, assisting with presentations and formatting documents
  • Answering the phone when needed
  • Provide support to the office manager with compliance and health and safety and fire safety
  • The purchasing and stock control of general stock supplies and equipment including stationery, cartridge toners for printers, groceries and drink supplies
  • Providing support on other adhoc projects as required by the facilities manager

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience working within an administrative role
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Proficient in the use on excel, outlook and word
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Good typing, spelling and grammatical skills
