Job Description Customer Service Executive

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to work on a temp to perm basis, dealing with inbound customer calls. As Customer Service Executive, you will work in the company's newly refurbished offices that are based in City Centre Worcester. This company currently going through an extremely exciting time as they expand and develop.

As Customer Service Executive you will be responsible for:
*Managing all inbound telephone calls from customers according to company standard.
*Take customer orders and upsell where possible through advertising current offers.
*Inputting and checking each customers contact details.
*Managing, organising and updating relevant data using database applications.

As Customer Service Executive you must have:
*Proven previous experience working within a call centre/customer service office environment.
*A strong focus on customer satisfaction, self-motivated and the ability to communicate across all levels.
*Excellent communication skills, telephone manner and proven ability of being able to upsell.

Based in Worcester, commutable from, Kidderminster, Stourport, Bewdley, Hartlebury, Droitwich and Malvern. Temp to perm. Monday to Friday Full Time. Immediate start available. Starting pay of GBP7.50 per hour.
